StatusReach — Publisher Terms
DRAFT — pending review by a Kenyan lawyer. Not for publication. Version 0.1 · Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
These terms are an agreement between you and Hekima Labs, S.L. (Spanish company, tax ID B26960278, contact: contacto@hekimalabs.com), which runs StatusReach ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.
1. What StatusReach is
StatusReach sends you advertising campaigns from brands. If you choose to take part, you post the campaign on your WhatsApp status with your personal link. When at least the number of different people stated in the campaign tap your link, you earn the fixed amount stated in the campaign.
StatusReach is not part of, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.
2. Who can join
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must live in a country where StatusReach is open. Today that is Kenya.
- One account per person and one WhatsApp number per account.
- You must use a mobile money account in your own name to be paid.
- The information you give us (country, region, age range, interests) must be true. We use it to choose which campaigns you receive.
3. It is free
Joining, receiving campaigns and getting paid are free. We will never ask you for money. If anyone asks you to pay to earn with StatusReach, it is not us: report it to [SUPPORT CONTACT].
4. How campaigns work
- We tell you about campaigns that fit your profile. Each one shows the brand, the amount you earn ([AMOUNT]), the number of visits needed ([N]), the number of places left and the deadline.
- You decide whether to take part. Taking a place reserves it for a few hours.
- You post the image exactly as we give it, with the "Ad" label and the brand visible, on your WhatsApp status, with your personal link.
- The campaign lasts 24 hours from when you take your place.
You must not edit the image, remove the "Ad" label, add claims of your own about the product, or post the campaign anywhere we have not said is allowed.
We may limit how many campaigns you receive each week (today, up to [MAX PER WEEK]) so your status does not fill with ads. New accounts start with fewer campaigns and lower amounts, and receive more over time with a clean record.
5. What counts as a visit
A visit is a different person opening your personal link from their phone. Each phone counts once per campaign. These do not count:
- your own taps, from any of your devices;
- visits by automated programs or bots;
- visits that do not load the page, or that leave immediately;
- visits we find to be fake, bought, forced or arranged in bulk.
We count visits with our own systems. Our count is the one used to calculate payment. You can follow your count in "My campaigns".
6. Payment
- If your link reaches the minimum number of valid visits, you earn the fixed amount of that campaign. Extra visits do not increase the amount.
- We pay after the campaign's 24 hours, to your mobile money account, normally within [PAYOUT TIME]. Payments are made through [MOBILE MONEY PROVIDER].
- Before your first payment we may ask you to confirm your identity.
- If our systems flag a campaign for review, payment for that campaign waits until the review is finished. We will tell you the outcome.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, under the law of your country.
- If we pay you by mistake (for example, for visits later found to be invalid), we may deduct that amount from later payments.
7. What is not allowed
- Creating more than one account, or using someone else's identity or mobile money account.
- Tapping your own link, using programs, or paying or pressuring people to tap it.
- Posting campaigns only to a closed group created to fake visits.
- Changing the ad, hiding the "Ad" label or posting it with misleading text.
- Anything that breaks the law or WhatsApp's rules.
If we find any of these, we may cancel the payment for the affected campaigns, lower your level, suspend or close your account. We will tell you why, and you can reply to [SUPPORT CONTACT] if you think we made a mistake.
8. Your WhatsApp account
You post from your own WhatsApp account, so WhatsApp's terms and rules apply to you. WhatsApp may limit or block accounts, and its terms restrict non-personal use. We never access your account, read your messages or post for you, and we limit and label campaigns to reduce the risk, but we cannot guarantee how WhatsApp will treat your account. If WhatsApp warns or restricts you, stop posting and tell us. You can stop taking part at any time.
9. No guarantee of campaigns or earnings
StatusReach is a way to earn pocket money, not a job or a salary. We do not promise how many campaigns you will receive or how much you will earn. You take part as an independent person, not as our employee, agent or representative.
10. The ads
The images and texts belong to the advertisers or to us. We give you permission to post them on your WhatsApp status only for the campaign and only while it lasts. Advertisers are responsible for what their ads say. If you think an ad is misleading or offensive, report it and do not post it.
11. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from your profile or by writing to [SUPPORT CONTACT]. We will pay what you have already earned in valid campaigns, unless section 7 applies. We may close accounts as set out in section 7, or if we stop offering StatusReach in your country, with notice where possible.
12. Liability
We provide StatusReach as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by WhatsApp, mobile networks, payment providers or other services outside our control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app at least 15 days before it applies. If you keep using StatusReach after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of Kenya, without limiting the rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Write to us first at [SUPPORT CONTACT] and we will try to solve the problem. You can also go to the competent courts or authorities, including the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner for privacy matters.
